"About Boating Safety" Class by the USCG Auxiliary

The U.S. Coat Guard Auxiliary is offering an "About Boating Safety" class. Attendee's born on or after January 1, 1989, who pass the exam, will obtain the state required Tennessee Boater Education Certificate. The class will be taught by trained, boating-certified Coast Guard Auxiliarists, you will learn how to prepare, operate, and navigate your boat safely on local waters. Additionally, you will practice the knots most used in power boating. Questions are strongly encouraged during class and the experienced instructors are available both before and after class for additional boating discussion.
