Eat Smart / Low Impact Aerobics Classes

Eat Smart/Low Impact Aerobics Class. 

Starts January 16, 2018 at the Roane County Health Department.  This class runs through February 27, 2018.

This is a FREE class where women will be able to learn how to prepare healthy meals and participate in low impact aerobics.  Women who qualify for this class much receive WIC or food stamps.
