Great Managers Workshop Series - Communicating Effectively

Ignite’s interactive training workshops build the people skills high-performing managers need in today’s workplace. The training in our three-hour workshops is based on our real-world experience as managers coupled with Gallup’s research about what it takes to deliver high performance (State of the American Manager).

The first workshop in the series is:
Communicating Effectively - Everybody has a preferred way to communicate.  It's their natural style based on the pace and focus that give them comfort.  This workshop will help you recognize how you and your employees prefer to communicate and how to adapt to be more effective.
