• Are without high-speed Internet at their home location
• Have limited data plans and need more data to do research.
• Telemedicine, homework, streaming media, etc. 
• Would like FREE online learning courses.
• Want a safe learning location for your group. (tables, chairs,  10 desktop computers and FREE coffee is available)
