Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience,
and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing."
Sometimes you don’t have the luxury of a formal needs assessment or focus groups to identify and solve problems or gaps. Experiential may be used to fill the void.

Fees/Admission
Lunch is provided to members and first time guests of non-member organizations. Additional attendees from RCEA member organizations pay $15 to attend the meeting. Lunch is provided at the meeting. The first-time representative of non-member organizations are our guest, other non-members pay $20 to attend the meeting.
