The City of Harriman's Downtown Merchant's Association and The Roane County Chamber present THIRD  THURSDAYS IN THE HEART OF HARRIMAN.

Dolly Night will be our BIG Finale to Harriman's 3rd Thursday in Downtown Summer Event!  So, tease up the hair, throw on those boots and help us wrap up summer-Dolly style!
