Trunk or Treat - City of Rockwood Parks & Recreation

City of Rockwood Parks & Recreation invites your church, business or organization to join us on Saturday, October 30, for downtown Trunk or Treat! 

Please call City Hall (865-354-0611 to be put on the list of participants. You will be assigned a spot to set up.  The safety of our kids is most important.  You must be parked and in place by no later than 5:30 pm
