At Tech 4 All Tennessee, we believe technology should be a bridge, not a barrier. Since 2019, our all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit has worked to improve the quality of life in East Tennessee by ensuring that everyone—regardless of where they live or what they earn—has access to the digital tools, skills, and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s connected world.

We provide free digital literacy training, distribute refurbished computers, and advocate for affordable, high-speed internet. Together with community partners and donors, we’ve empowered thousands of Tennesseans—including seniors, veterans, low-income families, individuals with disabilities, and justice-involved adults—to build brighter futures, connect to essential services, and strengthen our local economy.
